from all levels. The Store's product range traditionally
comprises a larger proportion of basic necessities compared
to luxury items. The Store has however progressed towards
offering a wider range of products, in response to evolving
consumer preferences. The range offers consumers basic
products at reasonable price and good quality. In line
with this, The Store has improved its range of branded
items, which comes under the responsibilities of Merchandising
cum Brand Development Division. The team develops both
private labels as well as those product labels which
are manufactured under license such as Institute, Hazard,
Lentino, Modern Kids, Sun Baby, BTB, Hardy Amies, TSL,
TSM, Mandolin, TST, Machine and Journal.
