Terms & Conditions

1. The Store Group’s “58th Anniversary – Shop & Win” Contest (“Contest”) is organized by The Store Group (“Organizer”) and is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above, except employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers involved in this Contest, and their immediate family members (parents, spouse, and children). The Contest period runs from 22 May 2026 to 16 September 2026 (“Contest Period”).
2. With Customers who spend a minimum of RM50.00 in a single receipt at participating outlets (The Store, Pacific, Pacific Grocer, Market Place by The Store, TS Concept Store, and Super Jimat; excluding tenanted counters) are eligible to participate. To enter, customers must scan the QR code, complete the online contest form, and upload the purchase receipt to qualify for entries in Reward 1.
3. With a minimum purchase of RM50.00 in a single receipt, customers will be eligible for:
Reward 1 – Main Prizes
Reward 2 – Monthly Prizes
Reward 3 – Cash Prizes

4. All Cash Vouchers are valid until 30 September 2026 and must be redeemed on next purchase at the any participating outlet.
5. All online contest entries must be submitted on or before 16 September 2026. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
6. Each purchase receipt is entitled to one (1) entry only, regardless of the total purchase amount. Each participant is eligible to win one (1) prize only throughout the Contest Period for Grand Prizes, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any incomplete, illegible, late, or invalid entries without prior notice.
8. The prizes are for contest are as follows:-

a) Grand Prize x 1 : Proton e.MAS 5 (CBU)
b) First Prize x 1 : Proton Saga 1.5 Standard
c) Second Prize x 5 : Modenas Kriss 110CC
d) Special Prize x 5 : Samsung Refrigerator Digital Inverter Tech 234L (RT-22FARADSA)

MONTHLY PRIZES
e) Monthly Prizes : Gift Voucher RM250 x 20 winners on every month (total 60 winners in 3 months)

CASH PRIZES
f) Cash Prizes : The Cash Voucher value (RM2, RM5, RM10, RM20, RM50, or RM100) will be printed at the bottom of the receipt. The Cash Voucher can be redeemed at cashier counters during the next purchase, either on the same day or before expiry, at any participating outlets nationwide.


9. Winners will be selected via a computerized random draw from all eligible entries after the Contest Period. Finalists will be contacted via telephone.
The Organizer will attempt to contact each finalist a maximum of three (3) times. If unsuccessful (e.g., no response, invalid number, or unreachable), the Organizer reserves the right to select the next eligible participant. The Organizer shall not be held liable if winners cannot be contacted.

10. Monthly Prizes winners (20 winners per month) will be selected via live draws conducted on the Organizer’s official Facebook and TikTok platforms. Total 60 winners in 3 months.
11. A total of seventy-two (72) winners will be notified via telephone, registered mail, and/or email. Details of the prize presentation ceremony (venue and time) will be announced at a later date.
    The list of winners will be published on the Organizer’s official website, social media platforms, and other official channels.
12. All winners are required to attend the Prize Presentation Ceremony to collect their prize. All transportation and related expenses shall be borne by the winners. Venue and time of ceremony will be announced later.
13. Prizes must be claimed by the winners personally. Representation by agents or third parties is not allowed. Failure to attend the Prize Presentation Ceremony will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize without prior notice.
14. Winners are fully responsible for their own safety during travel to and from the Prize Presentation Ceremony. The Organizer shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damages incurred.
15. All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to the Contest, including but not limited to eligibility, selection of winners, and forfeiture of prizes, are final and binding. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained.
16. Winners shall bear all applicable costs and charges related to the prizes, including but not limited to registration fees, insurance, road tax, and any other applicable taxes or cost.
17. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or other items.
18. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All information submitted is deemed true, accurate, and complete.
Participants consent to the use and disclosure of their personal data by the Organizer and its partners for marketing, promotional, and related purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

19. Participants and winners assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Contest and/or use of the prizes. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including death) arising from the Contest.

21. The Organizer reserves the right to use winners’ names, images, and details for promotional and advertising purposes without prior notice or compensation.
22. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
23. The Organizer reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the Prize Presentation Ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances. Winners will be notified accordingly.
24. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
25. These Terms & Conditions are available in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
